As we specialize in creating made-to-order rugs, each product is uniquely customized based on your chosen design, size, and other specifications. This individualization process starts immediately after an order is placed. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds on customized rugs once the order has been confirmed.

Order Modifications and Cancellations
Since the customization process begins promptly, any modifications or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing order. After this period, modifications may not be possible. Please double-check your order details before finalizing the purchase to avoid any inconvenience.

Quality Assurance
