What kind of payment do you accept?

Web orders require payment by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover) or Apple Pay. For offline orders, you can choose to pay with a Credit Card, Apple Pay, Check, ACH, or Wire Transfer.

When will my credit card be charged for my order?

Your credit card will be charged for the cost of each item as soon as your order is placed in our system.

How will my product be shipped & delivered?

Unless otherwise agreed, all items are shipped via standard shipping, which generally takes 5-15 business days.
In some cases, standard shipping is offered for free. Standard shipping covers curbside delivery within the continental U.S.
Deliveries to rural and remote areas (including Alaska, Hawaii, etc.), enhanced delivery service, and expedited shipping are available for most products for an additional charge. Our experienced sales team will quote you the most cost-efficient rate for deliveries worldwide, including enhanced delivery and consolidated shipping options. What is our return policy?

Most of our products are customized and therefore the options for return are limited.

What is the best way to care for my flooring?

Each flooring weave comes with specific care information.

Unpacking
Unroll your rug and allow it to air out. Lay flat and the wrinkles will disappear in a few days

Cleaning
– Regular vacuuming is recommended, especially for rugs prone to shedding. Be sure to vacuum with the beater bar off to avoid tugging at the fibers.

– Blot spills with water and a clean towel

Rug Pad
– Prolong your rug’s life by using one of rug pads

Occasionally you may need to have your rug cleaned by a professional. Make sure your rug cleaning professional knows the construction of your rug and its fiber content.
